Our Story

We are two passionate professionals who, despite distinct academic backgrounds, found ourselves working together in the late 1990s at a company specializing in computer-generated imagery (CGI).

Driven by our commitment, we quickly began developing personal projects outside of work hours, which naturally led us to establish our own company in 2000.

Initially focused on advertising, we then produced two seasons of the short film series Luchien, which was broadcast internationally.

Our Work Process

For each project, we follow a meticulous method with several stages:

1. Establishing the project specifications.

2. Defining the best approach.

3. Production.

The 8 stages of production

To help you better understand the animation creation process, we have outlined 8 key stages, from pre-production to post-production.

These steps will allow you to follow your production closely, ensuring better control over costs and timelines.

Important steps will require your approval to ensure smooth progress without surprises.

Idea / Concept

The concept is the foundation of any creation. We develop or assist in creating a unique concept for your project.

Character Design

Character Design involves creating a character that aligns with your brand image, establishing an instant connection with your business.

Storyboard

We break down the story into clear and engaging scenes, defining the framing, actions, and duration of each shot.

Modeling / Texturing

Modeling creates 3D characters and environments, followed by texturing, which defines the materials and textures.

Morphing / Rigging

We prepare the character for animation by placing a skeleton, assigning the skin to the bones, and creating facial expressions.

Lighting / Layout 3D

Elements are positioned and lit to create the desired atmosphere in each scene.

Animation

Movement brings the character to life. This is the longest phase and requires validation at each stage.

Rendering VFX

Rendering calculates the final images, which are then post-processed for adjustments and calibrations (VFX).
